Youth Becoming Engaged INC is a mentoring company supporting underserved young adults ages 13-18 by building Strength, Community and Leadership, through life skills and community engagement. Our anti-bullying and wellness programs boosts confidence and self-esteem through our Boxing and Fitness initiatives. Our programs promote, brotherhood/sisterhood, self love, respect, and wellness. We help youth grow with the tools they need to step into independence.

Youth Becoming Engaged, Inc. is a youth mentoring program and public-safety partner that works alongside community agencies such as law enforcement, schools, hospitals, and social services, grounded in a clear organizational mission.
Together, we focus on connecting with young people, building supportive relationships, building leadership skills, resilience and providing education that help participants stay engaged in their communities.
Through these partnerships, we deliver youth development programs that provide practical learning and open conversations about community and self-advocacy, mental health, independence, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, leadership, and harm reduction—core elements that represent the “E” in ENGAGED and reflect how participation takes shape.
